FAQ

  • Who will be completing my services?
    All information about us and our small team can be found on our About Page!
  • How do I know my service will be legitimate?
    There is no particular way to prove to you that the services are legitimate other than giving you our word. We can also provide you with the save file once the service is complete to show our legitimacy, this save file will either be from scratch when starting the service, or if you have provided a save file for us to use we can then send that back after our work is done on that save file.
  • What do you need from me to complete the service?
    All we need from you is your email address & password for your PSN Account, we do ask that you provide your PSN ID too just as a reference but this is totally optional!
  • How do I provide my details?
    You can submit an enquiry through our Contact Page, here you can provide your email and once we get back to you and have a game agreed you can then provide us with your detials.
  • When and how would I need to provide a save file?
    We would request a save file from you if you have partially completed a game, or would like a particular trophy (or set of trophies) doing. Having a save file can reduce the price of the service and will also shorten the time it would take for us to complete. For PS4 & PSVR Games, simply go to "Settings" > "Application Saved Data Management" > "Saved Data in System Storage" > "Upload to Online Storage" > Select the game needed for the service > "Select All" > "Upload". Any questions regarding this just drop us a message over on our contact page!
  • Do I need to own any of the games I'd like a service for?
    No, any game that we have listed you do not need to own, we will be using our own copies to carry out your service.
  • Does it matter where I am located?
    We are based in the UK, but it doesn't matter where you are located, we process international orders so you can be from anywhere all over the world and we can complete your service. The only thing this affects is regions for trophy lists as currently all of the games we do will be EU only. (This will change in the future)
  • Can I access my account during the service?
    You will have complete access to your account during the entire service as long as the trophies can be obtained offline. If a particular game requires us to be logged in we will arrange a date and a time that is best with you so we don't cause you any inconveniences.
  • How do I know that I can trust you with my account?
    There is no true way to make you trust us, we have serviced many accounts over the course of The Game Service and being on eBay. Once a service is complete we remove the account and delete all confidential information necessary. You can find more reassuring information over on our About Page!
  • How long will it take to complete my service?
    This is highly dependent on the game we are servicing and how many active services are ongoing. On average, games are usually completed within the first week of purchase. You are always welcome to contact us at anytime for an update on your game.
  • How does the rewards system work?
    Information on our reward system can be found by clicking the rewards icon, found in the bottom left corner of the homepage.
  • Can I request games that you don't have listed?
    Of course you can, we try our best to have as many games available. If you have a game that you don't see listed please contact us so we can arrange this with you!
  • Is this a legal process?
    After extensive research we have found no evidence or proof that what we do is illegal, more information can be found on our privacy policy/terms and conditions and all images are credited to their original owners.
